This is a high impact five-week programme for women
who speak English as a second language
and operate in high-responsibility environments.
This work is not about learning more English.
This is about removing internal and systemic blocks that create
a gap between how competent you are and how competent
you feel when you speak in English.
That gap creates hesitation, self-doubt, over-editing
and, at times, silence.
Over five weeks, we work beneath language
with power, presence, culture and conditioning
to close that gap.
